ABOUT

Bir Kaur Dhillon, Mrs. India Globe 2013 and the Indian National Director for various International Pageants, is not only a successful entrepreneur based out of Vancouver but also a noted fashion designer and model. Bir, singlehandedly, changed the face of modern beauty pageants especially for married women in India. The trend, boosted and enhanced by her creative vision, has provided recognition to gorgeous Desi people internationally!

It all started when Bir, along with her sister Rose, were working as fashion designers at their store Kaur Couture in Patiala wherein they dressed Pollywood actresses like Neeru Bajwa and Sonam Bajwa. Ardent lovers of Punjabi vintage clothing and working attires around phulkaris, the sister duo got the idea for a new venture that would provide a platform to showcase beauty queens as well as their clothes!

They started their pageant company, MIBQ pageants, in 2014 that organized Mrs. India Beauty Queen, a national level beauty pageant where married women from all over India competed for the title and a chance to compete internationally at the Mrs. Globe world finals.

‘Punjaban International’ is  new initiative by the sisters. The event, taking place in the summer of 2022, is looking for role model Punjabans across the globe! Anyone in the world can bag the title of ‘Miss/Mrs/Ms/Mrs Classic’ Punjaban 2022 as long as it is a woman brimming with vibrancy, ambition, zeal and full-on Punjabiyat!

Punjaban symbolizes the rich heritage and culture of Punjab. Carries the legacy of her rich traditions and effortlessly walks into the modern world perfecting the balancing act.
